DOStamper Stars Thursday Challenge #298-Bright Wishes

Hi Stampers,

Today's DOStamper Stars Challenge is a product spotlight challenge using the new Stampin' Blends. I used the stamp set Bright Wishes. The sentiments in this set work wonderfully with the Dandelion Wishes stamp set. For my card, I chose to use the spotlight technique. I stamped the image with Memento Black and then punched out a circle with the 1-3/4" circle punch. I colored the small circle with my Stampin' Blends. I punched out a 2" circle and adhered with dimensionals to the back of my image. This stamp would look great fully colored with the Stampin' Blends but I had some time constraints.
