Back for another DOStamper Stars Thursday Challenge. This week we have a color challenge. As soon as I saw it, I immediately went to the Birthday Bouquet designer series paper (DSP) to see if all the colors were in it and they were. Have you bought your paper pack yet? This is just GORGEOUS paper!!!! Such soft subtle colors. Love it!!!
My inspiration this week was seeing all the drapery fold cards on the internet and Pinterest. I gave it a slightly different take. It is pleated to look like blinds!!!
Recipe:
Stamp Set: Crazy About You
Ink: Memento Black
Paper: Blushing Bride, Birthday Bouquet DSP
Accessories: Blushing Bride ribbon, white enamel dots, tear tape, SNAIL, dimensionals, scoreboard, trimmer, Big Shot, Project Life cards and Labels framelits, white perfect accents
To make this, you score every 3/4 inch alternating with 1/2 inch. OR: Cut a piece of designer series paper (DSP) 5-1/4 x 10 inches. Along the long side (10") score at 3/4, 1-1/4, 2, 2-1/2, 3-1/4, 3-3/4, 4-1/2, 5, 5-3/4, 6-1/4, 7, 7-1/2, 8-1/4, 8-3/4, 9-1/2. Mountain and valley fold. I adhered each pleat with SNAIL and then placed tear tape on back. I also attached a glue dot underneath each knot. I also put dimensionals under the greeting.
