DOStamper Stars Thursday Challenge #172-Make A Wish

This week for DOStamper Stars Thursday Challenge we have a sketch challenge.

 

I rotated the sketch and came up with this:

Recipe:

Stamp Set: Balloon Celebration, Perfect Pennants

Ink: white embossing powder, Memento Black, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight

Paper: Whisper White, Basic Black, Smoky Slate, It's My Party designer series pack, Wildflower Fields designer series pack

Accessories: large rhinestones, SNAIL, glue dots, sponge dauber (for center of dandelion), Versamark, heat gun, yellow ribbon, decorative label punch
