Sunshine Wishes Leftovers

Hi Stampers,

The other day, I showed you a card that I used one of the new hostess sets-In The City and Sunshine Wishes framelits. When I was cleaning up, I came across the diecut I used for the love sentiment. I thought, well I'll keep that and use it on something. Well, bingo--today's the day!! It worked PERFECT for the new Color Theory DSP. It lined up so good. I also got to use the new glitter enamel dots. I just LOVE them. Voila, card was done. Easy, peasy.

The only stamping was on the inside using Work of Art stamp set.

You can order everything to make this card in my online store

DOStamper Stars Thursday Challenge #218-Sequin Trim Flower

Hi Stampers,

I am FINALLY able to participate in this week's DOStamper Stars Thursday Challenge. I made my card up this past weekend so I would be ready for a change. This week's challenge is a product spotlight-ribbon and trims. I know all of you know how to use ribbon on your cards. I challenged myself to come up with a way to use the sequin trim. It seems like I have so much of this left. I used the Balloon Bouquet Punch for the flower petals.  I actually made 2 cards for this challenge. I hope you like them and they inspire you in some way!!!

Love Note Framelits Interactive Card

Hi Stampers,

Nothing like making my hubby's card last minute!!! GEESSHH!!! If you pull the "Love Note" up you can write a heartfelt message to the recipient on it. I am very pleased at how this turned out!!

*Assemble top DSP to Real Red Cardstock with SNAIL.

*Die cut one envelope with the Love Notes Framelits. Adhere to the front with SNAIL without folding into envelope.

*With a craft knife you will cut from one scored line to the other horizontally of the envelope, through ALL thicknesses. This is where the "Love Note" will go in.

*Stamp "Love Note" on Whisper White and die cut only the top with the Love Note Framelits. My piece is 3-1/2" long.

*Place "Love Note" in the envelope. Turn over to see where to place the adhesive strips and dimensionals.

*Turn over and place glue dots to adhere the envelope closed.

*Stamp sentiment on bottom of card and inside.

I hope these instructions were easy to follow.

Sealed With A Kiss Lipstick Pens

Hi Stampers,

I saw this cute idea on Erica Cerwin's blog and guess what? I happened to have some of these pens in my stash!!!! Imagine that!! LOL I know you can order them from Amazon too.

Aren't these just the cutest? They are made with the Sealed with Love stamp and framelit set.

Here it is outside of the package:

Here are the measurements:

Real Red CS cut at 4-1/2 x 6-1/2.

On the 4-1/2 " side score at 1/2, 1-1/4, 3-1/4, and 4.

On the 6-1/2 " side score at 1-1/2 and 2-1/4.

Whisper White is cut at 2 x 4. Place framelit towards the right side and die cut.

DSP is cut at 3-1/4 x 1-1/4.

Stamp sentiment and lip. Cut out with framelit. I used a retired scalloped heart framelit.

Here is a pic with the score lines:

After cutting away it should look like this:

Fold on the dotted lines and adhere sides to the back of the box. Decorate with DSP and heart on dimensionals.

Place lipstick pen in 2 x 8 baggie from Stampin' Up!

Happy Stamping!!!

UR Hot!!!

Hi Stampers,

If you are looking for a cute last minute Valentine gift look no further!! I did use retired items on this due to time constraints but I am sure you could use something in your stash for these.

To make these, I googled thermometer and copied off a template. I also have one here for you to print off!!  Download Thermometer

I believe there are 6 on a sheet. Just print off on your cardstock, cut out and color!! How fun!!! I used the retired Little Letter Thinlits for the U R and the labeler alphabet for the word "HOT".  I used the tag punch for time constraints. You could use any punch or framelit for that matter. I just didn't have time to cut out with the Big Shot. I used the thick baker's twine to lace through the tags and around the 1" bags from Stampin' Up! (Also retired) We do have the 2 x 8 inch bags to use. I bought a bag of Brach's sour cherry balls to fill the bags with.

Here they all are -- ready for my Valentines!!

Stamp Set: Labeler Alphabet

Ink: Basic Black

Paper: Whisper White, Real Red

Accessories: Real Red marker, thick white baker's twine, 1" bags (retired), tag punch (retired), Little Letters thinlits (retired), 1/4" circle punch, SNAIL, Brach's sour cherry balls, paper trimmer, Big Shot
